System Of A Down (SOAD)

History:

System of a Down formed when lead singer Serj Tankian, and guitarist Daron Malakian,they started with a band called "Soil" like a duble of unamed group.The name Soil probably came from a poem that Serj Tankian wrote, and the band later recorded a song under the same name for their first album.

The band met bassist Shavo Odadjian in 1994, who was also of Armenian descent, and had attended an Armenian private school in Hollywood, along with Daron and Serj.

In this time period (i.e. up until 1997, when the band was signed to American Recordings by Rick Rubin) the band achieved quite a lot, recording three demo tapes, playing many live shows and undergoing a name change, first to Victims Of A Down (after a poem that Daron Malakian wrote) and then to System Of A Down.

2.Toxicity : After a long time they decieded to get a little more interested on the Earth and ONGS like green peace they started to release music with relations of this going to strikes , and this like that for reducing the polution
3.Steal This Album! : Realesed in 2002 they started again making promoting the reducion of WAR this time with the music BOOM!
4.Mezmerize : Realesing musics like old school and this like this ... they get too druged and starting smoking and using many drugs one of the guys of the group get out
5.Hypnotize: They back a little bit to the reality and made the bes of them and released one of the famoust musics of them in a show and the other one realy good to the names was Hypnotized saing what the TV made with people and Lonely Day as the last album they released until they get hollydas and stop making records ... until now nobody knows what if they are going to back.
